Signature of Silver Landings

Our Signature of Silver Landings project is a bold, modern outdoor living space defined by contrast, precision, and atmosphere.

​

Located in Fenton, this project was designed to elevate a standard backyard into a refined, high-impact entertaining environment. Anchored by a 1,500 sq. ft. Techo-Bloc patio, the space blends clean geometry with subtle curvature, layered lighting, and thoughtfully integrated structure.

​

The result is a landscape that feels both architectural and inviting—equally suited for daytime use and nighttime experience.
