Set on over two acres just minutes from downtown Milford, our Woodland Reserve project offered a rare opportunity to transform a classic brick colonial estate into a fully realized outdoor living environment.

Originally built in the mid-1970s and positioned on a private, wooded parcel, the home featured strong architectural bones but lacked a cohesive outdoor experience to match its scale and setting.
